If the thought for the week resonates for you, write it down on a sticky note, a scrap of paper, in your journal or on your calendar–someplace handy. Take it with you to your yoga class and contemplate it–or take it on a walk, stick in in your wallet, take it to a fitness class, stick it on the refrigerator. Just put it someplace where you’ll see it, again and again, all week. Let it sink in. Let it encourage you!
